1. Information We Collect

We collect your name, phone number, and email address when you book a wellness appointment or contact us. We do not collect clinical notes, diagnoses, lab results, or medical history through our messaging systems.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to confirm and remind you of appointments, send wellness session reminders and updates, inform you of new services and promotions, and follow up after your visit.

3. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Feel Irie Medical Services including appointment reminders, booking confirmations, wellness updates, and promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time reply STOP to any message. For help reply HELP. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Health Information

Our SMS and digital communications do not transmit clinical health information. All health information is handled in accordance with Alberta's Health Information Act (HIA) and Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

5. SMS Opt-In & Opt-Out

Customers opt in by:

1. Submitting the contact form on our website, which includes a mandatory checkbox: "I agree to receive appointment reminders and wellness updates via SMS from Feel Irie Medical Services. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe."
2. Verbally providing their phone number when booking or visiting the clinic and receiving a consent SMS: "Feel Irie Medical Services: Reply YES to receive appointment reminders and wellness updates, or reply NO to opt out. Standard msg rates may apply."

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message.  Help: Reply HELP for assistance.

Note: We do not send clinical health information via SMS.

6. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us directly.

7. CASL Compliance

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.
